Since December 19th, 1997, PT. Kaltim Methanol Industri has become a Foreign Investment Company (PMA) and since then the shares had been transferred from PT. Humpuss to Nisshon Iwai (85%), Daicel Chemical Singapore Pte Ltd (5%) and PT. Humpuss (10%).
On April 1st, 2004, Nisson Iwai Corporation was merged with Nichimen Company becoming Sojitz Company and 85% of the shares are handed over to Sojitz Company. |
